Chichester (Hybrid or Remote Working Considered) Are you ready to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regulation Monitoring and Reporting Assistant to join their Oversight team. About the Role:

This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in monitoring services outsourced to third parties, including fund administrators and investment advisers. Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring reports are accurate and ready for filing. Assessing and reviewing regulatory/prospectus breaches and incidents while collaborating with Investment Managers, Depositaries, and the Compliance team. Updating and managing fund risk warnings for regulatory documentation. Conducting due diligence, pricing reviews, and verifying asset eligibility. Actively participating in Investment & Fund Risk meetings and delivering presentations to committees. What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Banking). Demonstrate a passion for investments and a willingness to pursue professional qualifications. Ideally, but not essentially, have previous experience or exposure in financial services—gained through work, education, or involvement in activities like university investment societies. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and thrive under deadlines. Be analytically minded, organized, and an excellent communicator across various seniority levels. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have intermediate Excel skills. Note:
