Regulatory Accounting Manager . The main purpose of the role is to service the Group accounting and regulatory policy requirements and form close working relationships with the wider Group Finance team, as well as the Finance stakeholders across the business units. Responsibilities include: Provide technical accounting support to business unit finance teams Support the development of group-wide accounting policies Evaluate new IFRS and regulatory reporting requirements and oversee their implementation Support the production of Board and Audit Committee papers to support the business and advise on accounting and regulatory developments Engage effectively with the auditors on accounting issues Support the technical review of the Group's financial statements The ideal candidate will have good technical and financial reporting knowledge within the insurance sector. A professional accountancy qualification is also required (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
