Provide support and mentorship to a team of independent Consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage internal workstreams and projects, ensuring efficient delivery and exceeding client expectations. Conduct in-depth research on current and future regulatory requirements, staying ahead of the curve in compliance trends. Offer pre-approved regulatory guidance and compliance advice to clients, serving as a trusted advisor in their regulatory journey. Take a lead role in identifying and developing business opportunities, driving growth and innovation within the organisation. Lead the delivery of client projects/engagements, from initiation to final reporting, with precision and excellence. Duties

Your duties will encompass internal governance and controls, core consultancy tasks, and additional responsibilities aimed at fostering client relationships and driving business growth. From overseeing ISO frameworks to delivering meticulous consultancy engagements, your role will be multifaceted and dynamic. Qualifications & Skills

Candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory/advisory consultancy or an FCA regulated financial services background are required. In addition, industry/compliance qualifications (QCF Level 4 or higher) and strong interpersonal skills are a must. Your ability to manage conflicting demands, delegate effectively, and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge will set you apart.
