Main Activities: Manage notarisation and legalisation process for Regulatory Affairs and Legal/Commercial Department. Prepare documents/declarations required for specific product shipments or regulatory requirements. Obtain required wet signatures for associated documentation. Provide support to QA Director as requested to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained. Experience and Skills: Previous experience in business administration. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills. A team player who can work as part of a remote team. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
