Regulatory Compliance Analyst . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legal compliance of iconic brands sold across the UK and Ireland, including new product launches and redesigns. About the Role: In this role, you will support the Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure all products meet local regulations and company policies. You'll play a key part in providing timely and accurate regulatory information, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the compliance of product formulations, packaging copy, and artwork for the intended sales market. You'll work closely with R&D teams to convert recipe details into legally compliant pack copy, oversee translation approvals for multi-lingual labels, and apply allergen matrices to ensure accurate labelling. Additionally, you'll participate in project meetings, providing guidance on compliance implications. What You'll Need:

Qualifications : A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Experience :

Knowledge and understanding of EU food legislation, guidelines, and codes of practice. Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in web-based specification systems.

Skills :

Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and influencing abilities. Numeracy and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience : Familiarity with SAP, Interspec, or Hamilton Grant; knowledge of the biscuit industry, ingredients, and production processes is advantageous. What's on Offer?
