Electricity Supplier Licence
and ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations. About the Role As the
Regulatory Compliance Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to
OFGEM electricity distribution regulations
and business separation requirements. Working closely with the
Operations team , you will lead regulatory and compliance activities, developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain industry standards. In this position, you will represent the company in regulatory matters, supporting business growth and ensuring compliance with all industry regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be key in preparing and submitting compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the company’s

OFGEM regulations Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory standards Act as the
IDNO Compliance Officer , ensuring adherence to business separation requirements Provide guidance on regulatory matters Prepare and submit regulatory reports to management and regulatory bodies Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Effectively utilise and input data into the selected systems to ensure all relevant information is accurately captured What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a

role In-depth knowledge of
OFGEM electricity distribution regulations Strong
analytical ,
problem-solving , and
communication
