Evaluate existing, pending, and developing EU and UK regulations, focusing on online safety and consumer laws; Develop and implement compliance strategies; Identify and educate colleagues on new legislative and regulatory trends in the UK and EU affecting Roblox; Respond to requests for advice from cross-functional teams as needed; Support regulatory engagement activities. You have:
4+ years of post-qualification relevant legal experience; A qualification to practice law in an EU or UK jurisdiction (preference for Germany, the Netherlands, or England and Wales); Experience working with or for a company or companies in the social media, content or gaming space; Experience dealing with online safety, consumer or other relevant regulators in the EU and/or UK; Strong critical judgment and analytical skills with the ability to propose solutions and translate your legal analysis into practical advice, taking into account the needs and objectives of the business; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment; The ability to handle a diverse and complex workload; The ability to work collaboratively within a small, tightly-knit team.
