JOB REF:8035 This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled solicitor to advance their career in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will be joining a highly reputable team that advises organisations and individuals that are facing Health & Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC and other regulatory prosecutions. Applications are sought from Regulatory Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm. A background in advocacy would be a distinct advantage, however you can expect to gain thorough training within this skill set. You will be responsible for a caseload of primarily health & safety and transport regulatory matters, providing regulatory advice, representing clients during investigations and hearings.
