What you will do: Assist in organising and prioritising your assigned workload efficiently. Maintain accurate records by documenting new challenges and reporting your actions to the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Utilise available resources effectively and partake in internal rotations to meet service requirements. Bring your valuable experience in rehabilitation settings to the table, making impactful contributions to patient care. Drive to visit clients where necessary, offering your essential services directly to those in need.
Required qualifications and experience: Demonstrable experience as a rehabilitation assistant in a similar setting. Proficiency in using available resources and maintaining patient records. Ability to adapt to service demands through internal rotations. Valid driving license for essential travel. Two years of relevant experience in the field of rehabilitation.
