We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service Kingly House in Hinckley.

Kingly House is a residential house in Leicestershire providing accommodation, rehabilitation, and support for up to 17 adults. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

On a rota basis

Working every other weekend

Hourly Rate: £12.33

Annual Salary: £27,002.77

The role is for waking nights

What you'll be doing:

A genuine interest in providing the best person-centred care possible for our adults

Build relationships with patients, which are open and two-way

Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme

Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary

Assist patients with mealtimes where necessary

Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed

Communicate any issues to the clinical team

Accurately report and/or record work activities

What you'll have:

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check

Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working

Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping

Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual

Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
