I am looking for a Rehousing Officer to join a Housing Options Team in a brilliant local authority in London! It is an initial 3-month contract where you will support vulnerable individuals, including refugees, in securing stable housing and settling them into the community. Key Responsibilities: Connect with landlords and help tenants transition smoothly into rental properties. Provide support to refugee families, helping them maintain secure tenancies. Assess housing needs and provide the correct accommodation. Offer guidance on welfare benefits, rent, and tenancy rights. Details: 1-2 days a week in the office. 27 - 29 p/h. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills to transition these clients into their tenancy and provide a smooth move-on. Email me at
