Reinstatement Manager

to ensure our operations run seamlessly and efficiently. If you’re passionate about delivering quality work and creating positive impacts, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of tarmac gangs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Manage resources, materials, transport, and equipment efficiently to minimise waste and maximise productivity. Calculate tarmac quantities, place orders, and maintain strict cost controls. Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results while upholding JSM’s values as a frontline ambassador. Conduct site-specific risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards. Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project specifications, addressing any issues promptly. Investigate and resolve defect notifications in collaboration with local authorities. Perform weekly audits, plant checks, and provide regular performance updates to senior management. What You’ll Bring to the Role:

A positive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills. Proven expertise in tarmac surfacing, reinstatement, and core testing (black and white top). Strong understanding of NRSWA standards, Sections 58, 74, and 81, and defect management. IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in tarmac and reinstatement. CSCS and/or EUSR accreditation. NRSWA Supervisors certification. STS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme). Full UK driving licence. Why JSM Group?
