Bonus and Benefits As a part of continuous growth and expansion, the bank is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager (Scandinavian Markets) to join their dynamic Corporate Banking Department team. As a Scandinavian Markets Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Role Overview:

This role is key in driving and enhancing the bank's presence in the Scandinavian market by providing tailored financial solutions and building long-term client partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking in London, you will manage client relationships, execute complex deals, and identify growth opportunities within the region's corporate banking sector. The role may require travel to different Scandinavian countries on occasions. Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 7 years banking experience Strong background in credit analysis, specifically in Scandinavian investment-grade corporate and structured finance. Good knowledge of UK corporate credit and trade finance. Proven experience with Scandinavian investment-grade corporate clients. Good university degree. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Support the Head of Corporate Banking to develop and manage potential new customer targets and existing customers. Develop and manage a portfolio of Scandinavian investment-grade corporate clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their financial needs. Lead client meetings and negotiations to discuss financing solutions. Represent the Bank at events and networking opportunities. Maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Credit Analysis and Deal Structuring: Initiate and write credit applications and perform KYC for new corporate loans and guarantees. Conduct in-depth credit analysis and financial assessments of corporate clients. Structure and execute complex financing deals. Prepare comprehensive credit proposals for presentation to the credit committee. Market Analysis and Business Development: Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities. Develop strategies to expand market share tailored to corporate clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized financial solutions. Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions: Assist in discharging the Corporate Banking's obligations and procedures to prevent financial crime.
