Being part of a successful PLC brings a wealth of tools, experience, and support. About the opportunity This is a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. The duration is likely to be up to 10 months but there may be an opportunity to extend if the business delivers on its growth targets.

The role of Relationship Manager is critical to the overall success of Comparison Creator (CC). You will be responsible for managing existing revenue targets and increasing the total revenue from all relevant products and services for each assigned account. Most accounts fall within the motor and home insurance sectors. About your responsibilities Responsible for managing and growing the accounts for which you are responsible Establish and develop relationships with our panel providers, ensuring they maximise their conversions Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of your sectors - understanding the current and future strategy, opportunities, and challenges Work with the wider Fintel group of companies and CC commercial team colleagues to maximise revenue growth Work with clients to understand their business strategy and needs, to identify sales opportunities and define and deliver appropriate solutions Produce professional written proposals and pricing for clients, positioning CC as a premium solution provider Create business cases, timelines, and roadmaps for developing CC projects Manage provider change requests end-to-end Contribute towards product strategy and vision Collect, analyse and respond to user feedback Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders Plan new features and changes to the product Learn about users and a product's market, research competitors Monitor and report on progress of the panel to ensure they are on target and identify any areas of under-performance Extract and share MI data and use it to influence business decisions Prepare information for Aggregator meetings and update MI with relevant outputs Where appropriate, attend industry forums/events to support the distribution of Comparison Creator services What you'll need to succeed A proven track record in business-to-business sales to medium to large companies A background in the UK insurance or financial services sector and a working knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing the industry Ability to build strong commercial relationships with an understanding of how to uncover opportunities/challenges and present the solution in a meaningful way The ability to determine and use appropriate sales strategies and tactics to ensure that activity levels are maintained (in terms of calls, meetings, demonstrations, trials, etc.) and revenue targets are met Role location This is a hybrid role so you'll be based from our Cwmbran office twice each week to work with colleagues.
