Salary:

£70,300 - £105,000 Role: This role is responsible for ensuring that key customer satisfaction is maintained to a high level. This role is responsible for liaising between the company and its customers & the company and its supply base, including leadership into the programmes, projects and opportunities. This involves building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with clients and suppliers and delivering against agreed commitments. This role is critical in supporting the strategic direction as it scales through identifying and securing significant long-term business. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and analysing customer needs and expectations and developing strategies to meet them within the programmes.

Manage and develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders, providing them with information and advice and resolving their problems.

Analyse and monitor performance and metrics.

Lead and analyse the gaining of satisfaction scores and managing the outcomes.

Set up and manage systems for collecting and using customer data and information to improve service.

Work with team and suppliers to improve service and meet customer requirements.

Develop customer service policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience: Significant experience working in the UK Defence / National Security Sector with deep domain insight and supplier knowledge.
