Do you have a thorough understanding of Private Banking and a keen interest in helping people achieve their financial goals? An exciting opportunity has become available to join Auswide Bank’s Private Bank team as a Relationship Manager. About the Role As part of the Private Bank Team, based in our Brisbane Corporate Office, your role is integral to the success of the relationship managed Private Bank portfolio in acquisition & retention. You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, with a strong focus on medical professionals, to achieve the Customer Team’s strategic plan for high net worth retail customers. Key Responsibilities: Increase the flow of home loans from high-net-worth customers to achieve Auswide Bank’s home loan growth ambitions. Utilise knowledge of the Brisbane and Queensland professional markets to establish and implement strategies to achieve growth of the portfolio. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Maintain a deep understanding of our customer’s financial positions and goals to help them achieve long-term success. Maximise business revenue by implementing customer outcome strategies and driving an exceptional customer experience. Keep up to date on lending procedures and credit policy to provide professional lending solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the business and enhance client satisfaction. About You The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in residential lending along with: A strong background and a proven track record in building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong financial analysis and understanding of the structuring of security arrangements. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise work according to deadlines with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in processing complex lending applications. Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
