Role Description This role is primarily focused on new business development and the successful candidate will build their portfolio from scratch from new business they win within their local area and manage these relationships once onboarded. Principal Accountabilities Be the go-to SME New Business RM in your community through strong and trusted external relationships. Win, Build and Relationship Manage a portfolio of SME customers. Originating SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion. Build deep, trusting and lasting relationships with customers. Delivering the business plan and commercial performance of your local area. Making your colleagues proud that you represent Allica in your area. Working closely and collaboratively with all areas of Allica. Being a positive contributor to Allica’s culture. Complying with all mandatory policies. Personal Attributes & Experience Highly capable new business developer and relationship manager. Strong understanding of SME banking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work expertly with customers, colleagues, and advisors. Proven track record in providing excellent customer service. Ability to analyse and review financial accounts.
