Job Title: Release Train Manager / Delivery Lead

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Release Train Manager (IT Project Manager) / Delivery Lead to support the digitisation of customer journeys in line with our bank's digitisation strategy. This role will be instrumental in working with business stakeholders to shape requirements, create a delivery roadmap, and collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions across our Financial Health & Support and Account Close Platforms. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape requirements and turn them into a delivery roadmap. Work closely with technology teams to commence build and implementation of solutions. Manage change delivery within platform teams and external areas such as our mobile team. Communicate effectively across technology and business functions. Ensure strong risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver projects using both Agile and waterfall methodologies, with a focus on digitisation journeys. Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver design outcomes. Manage planning, risk management, technology governance, and controls. Essential Skills Strong communication skills across technology and business functions. Experience in project delivery, particularly on digitisation journeys. Ability to work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technology teams. Experience in both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong risk management skills. Experience in technology governance and controls. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred background in Collections & Recoveries. Experience with SAFe, release management, and requirements shaping. Experience with budget management, service management, and data migration. Prior experience in a similar financial institution is required. Experience working with Sainsbury's Bank would be highly beneficial. Why Work Here?
