Job Description Developing and implementing a maintenance strategy that matches the mission, vision, and values of the company. Identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. Providing technical and engineering support for day-to-day preventive and predictive maintenance functions. Optimising the life cycle costs of equipment and systems, and ensuring their availability. Developing and implementing key performance indicators to track progress and effectiveness of maintenance activities. Participating in cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing and production issues. Ensuring compliance with all applicable industry standards and regulations. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Reliability Engineer' should have: A relevant engineering qualification Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry. Strong technical skills and knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
