Reliability Engineer (Continuous Improvements / Lean / Six Sigma / Capex)
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + Product Allowance + Bonus Scheme + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Access to 24/7 Private GP Services + Enhanced Company Pension Contribution (Up to 7%) + Life Assurance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 Hours per Week - 08:00 to 16:00 (Flexible Working Hours)

Reliability Engineer with an electrical bias required for a leading name within the beverage industry. Key Responsibilities:
Management of the delivery of improvement projects (including capital) Using methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), ensuring they are standardised Identify and plan improvement projects Involved in the production of CAPEX approval requests where required Review maintenance processes
Candidate Requirements: Electrically biased engineer Hold a HNC (or equivalent) Experience in a process environment - manufacturing or similar Understanding of lean methodology Analytical experience to drive engineering solutions
