Reliability Manager job summary:

To manage the Site Reliability Program ensuring the Preventative Maintenance Strategy is tailored for the site requirements. To lead and develop the Reliability Team and ensure effective communications exist with other key stakeholders through to the Leadership Team. Ensure that the company is pushing best practice in all aspects of modern maintenance techniques. Forward thinking strategic planning to keep site on the forefront of Uptime performance. Lead and develop reliability team members. Train engineering team on reliability tools and techniques. Drive best practice within the engineering stores and procurement. Interface with the site leadership team, key stakeholders such as operations and engineering teams. Reliability Manager candidate requirements:

Substantial leadership experience gained from a heavy mechanical / electrical process engineering environment. Relevant industry qualifications. H&S and compliance is a must with an understanding of current regulations. Relentless attitude to driving change through the organization. Strategic Thinker – Able to develop and bring strategic plans to life.
