What the role involves
- Carry out condition monitoring visits across client sites nationally, primarily using vibration analysis on rotating assets.
- Produce clear, analytical reports with findings, identified abnormalities, and actionable recommendations.
- Supporting asset verification and tagging on new contract mobilisations - assessing asset condition and remaining useful life.
- Drive reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) practices across the divisional portfolio.
- Optimise planned maintenance schedules through PMO (Planned Maintenance Optimisation) to improve effectiveness and reduce waste.
- Use CMMS/CAFM platforms to analyse work order data, asset performance, and maintenance trends.
Skills and requirements
- Hands-on experience with condition monitoring techniques, particularly vibration analysis.
- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated/critical environments.
- Able to manage your own workload and travel schedule with minimal supervision.
Confirmed role details
- £60,000 – £75,000 (+ car allowance + bonus + benefits).
- Permanent, full-time.
