What the role involves

• Carry out condition monitoring visits across client sites nationally, primarily using vibration analysis on rotating assets.
• Produce clear, analytical reports with findings, identified abnormalities, and actionable recommendations.
• Supporting asset verification and tagging on new contract mobilisations - assessing asset condition and remaining useful life.
• Drive reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) practices across the divisional portfolio.
• Optimise planned maintenance schedules through PMO (Planned Maintenance Optimisation) to improve effectiveness and reduce waste.
• Use CMMS/CAFM platforms to analyse work order data, asset performance, and maintenance trends.

Skills and requirements

• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring techniques, particularly vibration analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated/critical environments.
• Able to manage your own workload and travel schedule with minimal supervision.

Confirmed role details

• £60,000 – £75,000 (+ car allowance + bonus + benefits).
• Permanent, full-time.
