Are you an experienced Engineering professional with a passion for ensuring optimal reliability and compliance within a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Engineering Reliability Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the reliability and compliance strategy across the site, ensuring machinery and processes meet operational and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime. Oversee the site's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, to deliver results aligned with business objectives. Analyse maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, implement solutions, and track the impact of improvements.

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or a relevant qualification. Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry. Strong knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM). Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS) and regulatory compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
