Relief Duty Manager focuses on £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).

Confirmed role details

• £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).
• To be decided with the Manager per week (includes day and night shifts).
• Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
• Our Bank Duty Managers sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

Additional role context

• Wayfarer Place features 30 one and 26 two bedroom apartments, exclusively for those over 70.
• Be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
• Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care.
