About our Nursery Busy Bees Burchetts Green, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 84 children and offers ample outdoor space for exploration and play. Our amazing team is dedicated and passionate about their roles as practitioners, ensuring a nurturing environment for all children. We enhance learning experiences with visits to the zoo on the BCA college grounds and work in partnership with the college to provide valuable placements for new practitioners. Conveniently located on the college campus, we also offer free parking for staff, making it easy for educators to access our welcoming facility.

Role Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families. Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. Required Qualifications: Level 2 qualification in early years education. Experience working with children under 5. Empathy and understanding – each child is unique. Strong communication and organisational skills. You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
