Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for Relief Security Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at several of our client’s site in Gillingham

You will undertake duties including greeting of visitors and staff. Issuing visitor and staff passes, Monitor CCTV, Gatehouse Security duties and controlling access and egress to site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control access to the premises
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures with strict access control arrangements.
  • Monitor CCTV,
  • Ability to liaise with the client and fill in incident reports.
  • Conduct thorough security checks on individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Ensuring all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
  • To ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.
  • To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive.
  • To manage access and egress to site
  • To adhere to the company’s dress code and wear correct uniform.
  • To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
  • To comply with the company’s policies, management plans and procedures.

  • A drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team
  • We want to see enthusiasm, a proactive attitude and your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • You need to be well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
  • A Criminal Record Check, employment history and Right to Work check.
  • SIA LICENSE Is a requirement.
  • Driving License is Desirable
