About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Practitioner. With Turning Point Scotland, no two days are the same!

You will provide individualised support to each person, engaging them with hobbies and interests to empower individuals to develop skills and independence.

We are a residential service supporting people with mental health issues, physical health, and learning disabilities. As a team, we provide 24/7 support to help individuals live their best lives.

As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals providing them with practical and emotional support, encouraging them to achieve their personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives, such as keeping safe, engaging in meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, and emotional health and wellbeing.

Please note that IT skills are required for this position.

Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of the start date.
