Job Summary The role of a Remedial Administrator is to assist the regional delivery team in their day-to-day activities by managing and delivering all the region's remedial works. You will be working as part of a team of skilled Remedial Administrators and supported by your line manager to ensure you thrive within the role here at Trinity. Principal Responsibilities Booking and coordination of service/works engineers to complete remedials with the local service and works teams. Ensuring that any access equipment required to complete remedial work is ordered. Liaising with clients to ensure that the engineer is booked in correctly at the customer premises. Liaising with the national service team to ensure they are kept up to date with all national contract remedial works. Ordering equipment and ensuring that engineers have the correct equipment to complete remedial tasks. Raising RTIs correctly when remedials are successfully completed. Completing RAMS for remedial jobs as required. Ensuring that the regional service manager is kept up to date with any issues on remedial jobs. Helping establish and develop best work practices and procedures to assist in developing internal systems as well as your own role. Key Skills Understanding and achievement of a high level of customer service. Ability to prioritize workload across a team and adapt to a changing environment. Ability to communicate fluently with customers, suppliers, and internal staff. Ownership of business requirements. Commercial awareness. Benefits 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
