Remedial Sales Consultant
to join our team. As a service provider, a vital part of our role is after-service care. Following the completion of a maintenance visit, on occasions, there are additional remedial works that need to be individually reviewed to provide our customers with a full explanation of any relative issues and detail how they can improve their systems to rectify accordingly. Once the quotation has been issued, the role is to ensure the client has received the letter, understands the content, and liaise with the customer to bring their system up to standard. As Remedial Sales Consultant you will be highly driven, determined to succeed, highly flexible and deliver true professionalism to the Customer, the Company and the Industry alike. Duties:
To offer support to our customers. Creation of remedial quotations, including a technical breakdown of any required works. Producing, following up & securing written quotations using a specialist database package. Liaison with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotations for specific parts. Taking inbound enquiries from customers requiring additions to their systems and providing quotations accordingly. Making outbound calls to follow up issued quotations (Between 50-80 per day) Provide a highly professional level of service to all customers consistently. Working as part of a team and as an individual to meet monthly sales targets. Account/Customer Management. Sales Experience - 2 years plus. Remedial experience - Previous experience within the Fire industry - 1/2 Years Plus (highly preferable) Previous fire-related training (such as FIA courses) is (highly preferable) Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Good selling skills and an understanding of the sales process. Excellent communication skills across different levels and disciplines within an organisation. A clear and confident decision-maker with a commercially focused approach. Friendly, positive, and "can do" attitude. Personal drive, determination, and energy. A high level of self-motivation. Able to work individually and as part of a team. Must have a passion for customer service. To be confident in dealing with customer queries over the phone. Will be able to prioritise and manage workload. Remuneration Structure
You will receive a Competitive Salary Basic Wage – From £20,000 to £28,000 per Annum (experience dependant) plus a generous bonus scheme. Bonus OTE of £8400 per annum. A Company Pension. 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays - With an additional day per full year of employment completed (Jan – Dec) up to a maximum of 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays per year.
