Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Remortgage Fee Earner to join a leading law firm who have recently opened a new office in Teesside. This is a modern and progressive law firm who work with the Top 10 regional housebuilders in the UK. They are expanding their remortgage team and are seeking applications from those with strong remortgage experience.
Joining the department, you will be managing your own caseload of remortgage files with minimal supervision. Some enquiries will be complex, and you will assist on complex queries from both colleagues and third parties. Other duties including the exchanging of contract and completion of transactions.
The firm are wanting to speak with those who are working as a fee earner with strong remortgage file handling experience, who can hit the ground running in a busy working environment.
