Full Masters/Credentialing is Required Responsibilities:

Acute appointments booked by local practices in the networks, all patients appropriate based off your own clinical skills list. 15-minute appointment times, Video and telephone patients. Requirements:

Smartcard reader is required in Laptop. Full induction pack provided upon booking sessions (Information on referral pathways, contact details etc). Dates/Times:
