We are on the search for a high performing and experienced APAC Business Development Manager to boost our sales team and implement new exciting projects for customers in Asia and Asia Pacific Regions. This role will primarily manage products to our Australia and New Zealand customers but will also cover sales generation and customer management for the APAC region. Your main focus will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. Key Responsibilities:

Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets (revenue and margin) within all regions Accurately forecasting future sales pipelines Developing and executing plans to achieve sales targets in all regions, maintaining and expanding our customer base and meeting the changing shifts in the global marketplace Managing regional budgets Proactively monitoring and maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales reporting Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Leading the response to tenders – overseeing the full sales process Effectively communicating our value through proposals and presentations Coaching and mentoring junior staff to build effective relationships Keeping up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customers, actively seeking out new sales opportunities Providing ongoing agility within sales Performing all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business About you:

Proven sales experience with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets Experience with Asian carriers is essential Experience of selling large, multi-product contracts to businesses from Request for Pitch, Request for Tender through to the final negotiations Experience overseeing all elements of a large tender – from the design, pricing, logistics and delivery requirements Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of organisations, including executive and C-level Proven ability to drive a sales process from strategy, planning and closure Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors and explain the benefits Excellent communication skills in fluent English both written and verbal Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills What’s on Offer:
