We are working with a Primary Care provider who are looking for Clinical Pharmacist up to full time hours, they are able to offer a minimum of 3 days per week on a long term locum contract . They are ideally looking for someone to start mid December or start of January 2025 but can be flexible for the right candidate. This role is offered on a fully remote basis , you are not required to work onsite or cover any minor illness clinics - they would require you to already have SystmOne access from home, have completed or be enrolled on the CPPE pathway and be a prescriber.
