This role involves critical functions related to document management, the preparation of essential informational packets, and the maintenance of precise records, all while upholding the utmost standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize files and documents with efficiency Prepare and assemble comprehensive packets of information Maintain spreadsheets with a keen focus on accuracy and detail Handle confidential health and insurance information responsibly Provide courteous and professional responses to inbound calls Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of medical records and files Create informative charts and graphs for data analysis and presentation Administer insurance claims and associated processes Required Skills

Proficiency in EHR Systems for managing electronic health records Experience with Epic Software relevant to healthcare tasks Strong auditing and data management capabilities Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Skill in creating charts and graphs for effective data representation Familiarity with claims administration processes and managing insurance claims Qualifications

Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills for professional interactions High school diploma or equivalent required Career Growth Opportunities
