About the Role!
Baker Hughes and the OFSE segment provides products and services for onshore and offshore oilfield operations across the lifecycle of a well, ranging from exploration, appraisal, and development, to production, rejuvenation, and decommissioning.
Responsibilities:
Managing and processing most aspects of billing and invoicing in the Upstream Chemicals product line, ensuring accurate and timely execution. The role requires excellent organisational skills to maintain efficient operations and support other administrative tasks as required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers. Proficiency with software applications including MS Office, e-mail, and web browsers. Prior experience with SAP or other ERP system required. Highly motivated, process driven, focused, result oriented, strong drive for excellence. Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to problem solve. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

A strong team player. Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
