Remote - S106 and Community Infrastructure Levy Officer
Belmont Recruitment are looking for a S106 and CIL Officer.
On behalf of Somerset Council working in the Planning Service Team.
This role is Remote Working.
Pay Rate: up to £28.00 Per Hour.
3 Month Initial Contract.
You will be tasked with monitoring the effective management and implementation of Section 106 (s106) agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
The postholder ensures that developments contribute to the creation of sustainable communities through strategic planning and distribution of funds for infrastructure.
The role is remote working, but you must be able to attend the first day on site to meet the team, collect IT equipment, and return it at the end of placement.
