Remote Inbound Customer Support & Sales Advisor Full-Time, Permanent | Remote | Competitive OTE: £26,800 per annum Elizabeth Michael is proud to partner with a leading UK insurance provider to recruit talented sales professionals for their dynamic inbound sales team. This is a fully remote, full-time role offering long-term stability and growth potential. Requirements: Sales Experience: Minimum 12 months of consecutive sales experience in a target-driven environment (non-retail) within the last 3 years. Technical Needs: Reliable internet connection; all necessary equipment will be provided. Working Hours: Flexible 5-week rota, requiring availability between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Includes one full weekend and one Saturday in 5 weeks. Why Join Us? Role Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Advisor in our inbound Customer Support & Sales department, you’ll provide outstanding service by addressing customer queries efficiently and effectively. Leveraging your exceptional sales skills, you’ll identify opportunities to offer additional products tailored to customer needs, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience. What We’re Looking For: Proven sales success with 12 months consecutive experience in a sales role within the last three years. A target-driven mindset , excelling in achieving and exceeding goals. Autonomy and self-discipline to succeed in a remote working environment. Outstanding communication skills : Adept at building rapport, active listening, and showing empathy. A team player committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Resilience and adaptability , able to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus under pressure.
