Leading cosmetics manufacturing company is looking for a Remstar Unit Coordinator to join the team! Location: Scarborough (Englinton and Warden) Shift: Morning shift Pay rate: $19/hr Job Description: The Remstar Unit Coordinator is responsible for the organization, tracking, and return of components to the Remstar storage unit. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently. The coordinator will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure that all components are stored correctly and returned promptly to maintain workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Organize and store components in the Remstar unit according to established procedures. Ensure proper labeling and categorization of components for easy retrieval. Track components that are taken from the Remstar unit and update inventory records accordingly. Monitor inventory levels and notify the appropriate team when stock levels are low. Coordinate the return of components after use, ensuring they are stored in the correct locations. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to understand component needs and ensure timely access to required parts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Remstar unit to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Troubleshoot any issues related to the Remstar unit, such as malfunctions or missing components, and report them to the relevant departments. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with inventory management or storage systems is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in basic computer skills, including inventory management software (experience with CMMS or similar systems is a plus). Good communication skills to coordinate with various teams effectively. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move components and equipment as required. Comfortable working in a warehouse or storage environment.
