Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Energy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on energy efficiency and sustainable practices. Your primary goal will be to help clients reduce their energy consumption and costs while promoting environmentally friendly solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a drive for sales, and a passion for customer service. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy usage and identify areas for improvement. Provide tailored recommendations on energy-efficient products and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of proposed solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of energy solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to energy efficiency. Organise presentations and workshops to educate clients about energy-saving practices. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the energy sector or a related field. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with software tools for data analysis and reporting. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with diverse clientele. Ability to drive initiatives forward with a proactive approach and strong negotiation skills. A passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting energy-efficient practices is highly desirable.
