Retentions Account Manager , you’ll combine relationship-building expertise with a results-driven mindset. You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 90 clients, taking the time to understand their unique needs, building trust, and ensuring they achieve their goals with our platform. Key Responsibilities Maximising retention : Proactively manage your client portfolio to achieve high retention rates—and enjoy the rewards of your success. Understanding client goals : Collaborate with decision-makers to align their goals with our platform, creating clear action plans for long-term success. Building strong relationships : Regularly engage with clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Driving customer success : Monitor and improve client health metrics to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Creative account management : Efficiently manage a large client base by prioritising efforts and exploring new ways to maximise impact. What we need from you: We’re looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills, but here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Experience : At least 1+ year of hitting individual commercial targets. Curious and coachable : You love learning, embrace feedback, and adapt quickly. Strong communicator : You can connect with a variety of personalities and explain complex ideas in a clear, audience-friendly way. Resilient and goal-oriented : Highly organised, determined, and always ready to go the extra mile to achieve success.
