Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team, this is a hybrid role based in our Windsor Office 2 days a week. In this role, you will manage the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their contract renewal journey while identifying ways to provide additional value. Job Requirements

As a Renewal Sales Specialist, your responsibilities include: Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end process for support service contract renewal across a portfolio of customer accounts in region. Ensure timely and accurate completion. Partner with quoting specialists to ensure quality and accuracy of renewal quotes. Maintain and grow on time (OTRR) and in quarter (IQRR) renewal rates. Manage discount governance. Customer & Partner Engagement: Proactively engage with distributors, partners and customers to understand requirements, address concerns, and communicate the value of our services portfolio. Provide subject matter expertise to partners and internal stakeholders on support offerings, policies, and compliance. Cross-Team Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and account management teams to deliver a seamless renewal experience for customers. Lead regular planning calls with account stakeholders across NetApp to understand customer intention in advance of upcoming renewals. Reporting: Track renewal metrics, forecast renewals, provide ongoing insights to improve processes. Provide proactive renewals data and insights to distributors and partners to maximise on time renewal collaboration and reduce customer risk. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer and partner enquiries or escalations related to renewals in a timely and effective manner. Learning: Embrace new technologies, invest in continuous learning, be curious and able to challenge status-quo with ideas for simplification and innovation. Your Profile

Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related subject, or relevant industry experience. 2+ years of experience in a customer or partner facing sales role, renewal sales preferable. Demonstrated aptitude to learn new skills and technologies. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners. Detail-oriented with good organisational skills. Proactive and customer-centric approach.
