Our sales team is united by a common purpose: delighting our customers, and propelling ourselves forward as the market leader for Salesforce DevOps. We’re confident in our product, market potential, and we have big plans for the future. We're looking for a Renewals Manager that can help us facilitate a seamless renewal process by understanding customer needs and collaborating effectively with our other customer-facing teams. What’s the opportunity for a Renewals Manager at Gearset?

You’ll engage with our existing customers towards their renewal date, owning the commercial conversation to ensure customers renew their Gearset licences on time, as well as identifying expansion opportunities. As Existing Business Sales is a new area in the department, you’ll have the freedom to help design the way we work, develop messaging and techniques as a team, and enjoy the creativity of helping build a new area at Gearset. You’ll work with our experienced and knowledgeable Account Management team, learning from them to close upsell opportunities and gain expert product knowledge. Become a key part of the sales team which thrives on competitive collaboration to ensure success for everyone in the team. What you’ll achieve

You’ll be part of a growing and hugely important team responsible for renewing Gearset’s annual revenue. Ensure every active renewal is successfully closed, reaching (or exceeding!) your yield and retention targets each month. Become an expert in commercial discussions, revenue generating processes, contract negotiations, stakeholder management, and much more. Through industry recognised sales training, and our own in-house product training, you’ll grow as a tech sales professional. Influence Gearset’s product roadmap by sharing prospect feedback with the marketing and development teams, to ensure we’re continuing to build a world-class solution. About you

Have experience owning commercial conversations in a B2B company. Have excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities concurrently. Are self-motivated with a competitive yet collaborative attitude and drive to be successful. Constantly looking to improve, and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better. Have an ability to learn new technologies and a hunger to maintain and elevate your understanding of our platform and new features. Great to haves

Experience working in a technical sales environment. Knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce). Salary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect!)

On target earnings of £40K - £50K (uncapped). This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday; hours will be a mix of UK, and US East Coast (1pm - 9pm UK). 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy an extra 5 each year). £1500 per year personal development budget for courses, conferences, and anything else useful to your professional development in the role. Industry leading sales training provided by Sandler training. Free lunch in the office. Company Pension Plan (matching up to 5%). Bupa health care, life insurance & critical illness cover. Discounted gym membership, as well as a range of health and wellness benefits. Opportunity to join our Long Term Incentive scheme.
