Renewals Manager , you are responsible for the administration, management and overall growth of our renewing contracts. Working directly with customers and channel partners, you will primarily focus on renewing and growing our larger accounts. This includes but is not limited to: supervising contract status, coordinating contract renewals, implementing automated streamlined renewals administration processes, cross-functional coordination, business analytics, negotiation support, and management. The goal is to maintain smooth and timely contract processing, growth of the account, ensure data integrity and assist in establishing consistent, responsive, and flexible oversight of renewal business. In this role, you can make a difference by being accurate and detail-oriented, while analyzing the contract language and specifics and applying them to pricing and schedule structure. You will work closely with the sales and customer success team members through the entire renewal contract life cycle process and will provide support for analytics and contract related reporting. This position reports directly to the Director of Renewals, who is located in the US. What we are ready to offer:

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of contract/renewal management within the IT (software) sector. The ideal candidate would have experience managing large accounts, specifically renewing and helping to grow SaaS solutions. You should also be proficient in Salesforce and MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Clari and SharePoint is a big plus. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be fluent in English. Any additional languages are a plus. Ideally, you will also have a bachelor’s degree. With your strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative you can enable the identification of issues and devise solutions. Your experience with data entry as related to business applications will help you to progress in our fast-paced technology-driven environment. You have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and enjoy applying innovative approaches and initiatives to increase productivity and work standards.
