The
Renewals Representative
is responsible for administration and management of renewal contracts for multi-million-dollar business lines.
This includes but is not limited to: Tracking contract status and coordinating contract renewals; Implementation of automated streamlined renewals administration processes; Cross-functional coordination; Business analytics, negotiation support, and management; Maintaining smooth and timely contract processing, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in establishing consistent, responsive, and flexible oversight of renewal business. Required: Experience with renewals and customer relationship management in tech/SaaS companies. Fluent in English. Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Completed higher education.
