About the Role
As part of the WSS UK/I sales team, you will be at the forefront of driving rental treatment sales by: Building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understanding client needs and delivering tailored technical solutions. Exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement and innovative problem-solving. Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Providing valuable market insights to support strategic development. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships. Present compelling value propositions that align with customer requirements and stand out in the market. Monitor and adapt to market trends, ensuring Xylem remains a leader in water technology solutions. Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring accuracy in opportunities, contracts, and customer interactions. What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial or water technology sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, showcasing a commercial mindset. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Bonus Points for:
