Clearfield are currently recruiting an experienced repair & defects manager on behalf of a family-run main contractor based in Amersham, Bucks.
Working on behalf of local authorities, the role will be to manage the full defect period cycle across sites within the M25.
The full cycle will involve assessing job sheets, speaking with residents to book in works, completing defect items, and recording of works.
A company vehicle will be provided.
