Our public sector client is looking for a
Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader
to join them on a temporary basis.
Pay Rate - £16.70ph
Responsibilities:
Carry out repair inspections of residential properties. Experience working on disrepair and understand the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England). Experience working on damp and mould cases and understand Awaab's law. Confident communicating with a legal team. Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor to court agreed timelines. Competent in the use of computers, PDA, and related systems. Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner. Own transport required; Mileage will be paid at standard rates.
