My client is looking for a Repairs Manager for a role based in Croydon.

What You'll Do
Supervise and guide a team, including Supervisors, Planners, Administrators, and Operatives, to deliver outstanding service. Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and ensure contract objectives are met. Oversee the scheduling of complex, multi-trade repairs to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Enforce compliance with key policies on attendance, driving, mobile device use, and workplace safety. Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve invoicing issues and optimize contract performance. Champion Health and Safety compliance across all operations, adhering to the contractor's framework and standards. What We're Looking For:
Significant experience in the Repairs and Maintenance sector. A strong history of managing large-scale maintenance contracts and diverse teams. Expertise in Health and Safety protocols and compliance. A commercial mindset with a proven ability to enhance contract profitability. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. A full UK driving licence. What You'll Gain
