I am looking for a Repairs Manager to join a Housing Association in South Hertfordshire. The Repairs Manager will be responsible for the operational control of the repairs team, delivering effective services that provide value for money and high levels of customer service. This role offers 1 day of home working per week.

Repairs Manager Duties:

Be responsible for the delivery of the group repairs service including responsive repairs. Assist with the delivery of void works. Effectively manage subcontractors and a team of 3 team leaders and a senior planner. Produce and analyse operational performance data to bring about improvements.

What is Required for the Role: Social housing experience. Experience managing external contractors. Strong knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance.

Benefits of the Repairs Manager Role: 1 day home working per week. Permanent post after 3 months.
