The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing reactive maintenance and small works projects, utilizing both an in-house maintenance team and external contractors. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance activities meet the required standards and are completed within the specified timescales. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of reactive maintenance services. Oversee small works projects to ensure timely and quality completion. Ensure maintenance work adheres to high standards and is completed within designated timeframes. Monitor void properties and ensure they are ready for occupancy promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with external contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of works.
